Bep Haus is an Anglo-Vietnamese restaurant which offers lunch take away service for city worker.
The company rebranded and moved to Bow Lane in early 2011. In mid-2014, Bep Haus was facing increased competition in the same area.
I proposed a series of innovations in customer engagement, staff’s training, company structure. I also constructed a new workspace model.
